Ristrutturazione parziale/Restyling di un appartamento di 113 mq. Dalla ristrutturazione di due bagni... al rinnovamento dell’immagine globale della casa.

Dei due bagni ‘ante operam’ solamente uno era dotato di vasca/doccia. Erano presenti inoltre pochi elementi contenitori, nonché cassette scarico wc esterne ‘old style’ e un’immagine datata. La nuova configurazione ha razionalizzato gli spazi tra bagno e bagno e tra bagni e ambienti limitrofi. La rimozione della vasca da bagno ha permesso la realizzazione di due comode docce a servizio di ogni bagno. Il rivestimento in resina colorata ha permesso un risultato estetico pulito/minimale, limando ulteriore spazio a servizio dei locali igienici. Inoltre: porte e sportelli filo muro, a scomparire nella linearità architettonica; creazione di soppalchi a servizio delle camere. Dall’intervenire sulle porte dei bagni il passo successivo è stato quello di modificare/migliorare l’immagine di tutte le porte di casa, eliminando le ‘visivamente pesanti’ cornici esterne, così come l’alto battiscopa, entrambi color mogano, che datavano l’immagine globale dell’appartamento. Dal nuovo battiscopa di legno laccato bianco opaco alto 4 cm che si confonde con la parete, ... all’intervento sui punti luce/punti presa con nuove placche minimali moderne, ... alla realizzazione di un piccolo Studio all’entrata della camera principale, e uno spogliatoio nella camera stessa. L’illuminazione è stata completamente rivista dal punto di vista illuminotecnico, del controllo dell’illuminamento, della corretta temperatura di colore in ogni ambiente. Alla fine l’immagine globale della casa è risultata pulita e rinnovata, ritrovata nelle linearità architettoniche principali, pronta per un nuovo inizio.

Partial renovation/Restyling of a 113 sqm apartment. From the renovation of two bathrooms... to the renewal of the global image of the house.

Regarding the two bathrooms 'ante operam', only one was equipped with a bathtub/shower. There were also a few container elements, as well as 'old style' external toilet cisterns and an outdated image. The new configuration has rationalized the spaces between bathroom and bathroom and between bathrooms and surrounding areas. The removal of a bathroom tub has allowed the creation of two comfortable showers for each bathroom. The colored resin coating allowed for a clean/minimal aesthetic result, improving additional centimeters for the restrooms. In addition: doors flush with the wall, to disappear in the architectural linearity, creating mezzanines serving the rooms. From the intervention on the bathroom doors, the next step was to modify/improve the image of all the doors of the house, eliminating the 'visually heavy' external frames, as well as the high skirting board, both in mahogany colour, which dated the global image of the apartment. From the 4 cm high opaque white lacquered wooden skirting board that merges with the wall, ... to the intervention on the light points/sockets with new minimal modern plates, ... to the creation of a small Studio at the entrance to the main bedroom, and a dressing room in the room itself. The lighting has been completely revised from the point of view of the lighting engineering, correct illuminance control, and the color temperature in each environment. In the end, the overall image of the house was clean and renewed, rediscovered in the main architectural linearity, ready for a new beginning.
