Il progetto è intervenuto nella riprogettazione dell’edificio a “C” di entrata, chiuso verso la strada ed aperto ad abbracciare le aree collettive interne verso il mare. Hanno visto una nuova sistemazione gli accessi principali, individuati lateralmente, e le aree di ritrovo interne (aree lounge, ristorante, aree verdi, aree piscina). Nello spazio interno alla “C” è stata realizzata la piscina, di forma organica, con acqua a sfioramento e profondità a pendenza graduale progressiva, a realizzare una sorta di oasi interna lungo la quale si organizzano gli spazi funzionali collettivi.

The project involved the redesign of the "C" shaped entrance building, closed to the street and open to embrace the internal collective areas towards the sea. The main entrances, identified laterally, and the internal meeting areas (lounge areas, restaurant, green areas, swimming pool areas) have seen a new arrangement. In the space inside the “C” area, the swimming pool has been created, with an organic shape, with water touching and gradually sloping depth, to create a sort of internal oasis along which the collective functional spaces are organized.
